How do you use the presets?

To use the desktop presets, you will need to have Lightroom installed on your computer. To use the mobile presets, you will need to have Lightroom Mobile installed on your phone (free app on iphone & Androids). Included in your purchase is a user guide to get the most out of your presets.

Should I get the desktop or mobile pack?

Desktop presets are crafted for application on RAW images, whereas Mobile presets are optimized for photos captured on mobile devices. (Mobile images are typically stored in formats like JPEG or HEIC.) While the technical compatibility of a preset extends to any image format, using presets on unintended formats often necessitates additional adjustments. If you use a DSLR or Mirrorless camera, I recommend the desktop pack, and if you primarily use your phone, I recommend the mobile pack.

How do I download them once I purchase?

We want to ensure you have all the information you need before making a purchase. Take a moment to explore our FAQs, & if you still have questions, we are here to help.

After purchase, you will receive an email with your downloads. One of the files is an “installation guide” which will help you download your assets. You will need to unzip the file prior to installing. Your email will contain a how-to-guide which will cover this process. Please follow the instructions closely to prevent being locked out or exceeding the download limit. If you require visual assistance, I recommend searching “how to install Lightroom presets on mobile/desktop” on youtube.

I purchased but did not receive a link!

Check your spam folder. If you have checked and can still not locate it, please double check that you provided the correct email address. If both of those have been done, feel free to send me an email and I will resend them.

Can I get a refund if I don't like them?

Since you are not able to return a digital file- all sales are final. With your purchase, you will receive my digital guide on getting the most out of these presets. With only positive feedback in over a year of selling presets, I am confident that you will love them!

Can I share the presets?

No. The download is trackable and sharing the link is considered piracy. There is also a download limit on the files, so please ensure you are backing them up to avoid losing them- as you will not get another copy.
